I started with the insurance for my dog when he was 10 month, started paying 39, after few months went up to 42 and now that my dog hasn’t even turned 2 they are charging me 61. They aren’t honest to clients at they one. I’m wondering how much I will pay by the time my dog turns 5. I haven’t even used the insurance once. My dog is a healthy dog so far. They are stealing money from clients. Is better to put the same among of money away monthly and by the time you need it you will have enough money to pay for the dog illness yourself. Do not go to this company.

A Lifesaver for My Furry Friend! I couldn’t be more thrilled with my pet insurance plan! If it weren’t for this coverage, I honestly don’t know how I would have managed to get my beloved dog the veterinary care he needed. Recently, my pup faced a sudden health issue that required immediate attention. Thanks to this amazing plan, I was able to get him the treatment he needed without the stress of overwhelming out-of-pocket expenses. The process was incredibly smooth and straightforward. The customer service team was compassionate and efficient, guiding me through each step and ensuring that I understood my benefits. The coverage itself was comprehensive, making sure that both routine and unexpected care were handled with ease. It’s comforting to know that my furry family member is protected, and I can focus on his well-being rather than worrying about financial strain. If you’re on the fence about getting pet insurance, I wholeheartedly recommend this plan. It’s been a true lifesaver for me and my dog. Another insurance company trying their hardest not to pay out claims
The 15 day waiting period isn’t well presented to new clients at all. We recently had to switch insurance because our dog had insurance through a specific vet and had some major issues that led to us finding a mass in her colon. Even though we found the mass well after the 15 day period they claimed that because she was treated for diarrhea within the 15 day period her mass was a preexisting condition. They also claimed her surgery to remove the mass wasn’t even covered under the illness and accident plan. When they complete claims they give very minimal, canned responses as to their reasoning and give no immediate way to dispute claims without calling and getting into things with someone on the phone. We were stuck in a tough position with switching insurance providers. All we were trying to do was save our dog’s life. I’d expect a company to give some bit of compassion in situations like this. At the end of it all we got screwed by the 15 day waiting period. Funny though, they sure as hell took my money on day one! Thanks for wasting my time and money! Edit: Just to note, I was so perturbed by the above I called and cancelled my service. If someone from the Spot team can resolve my issue, I'll be more than happy to remove this review. I'll edit as necessary. Edit 2: Other than a repeat of the above re-explanation of terms and preexisting conditions from spot, no real, meaningful, empathetic responses were ever received from the company as they claimed in their response here. 2 days before Christmas, we had to put our little girl down because we couldn't afford the additional care she required after surgery and other care required for a full recovery after the cancer. Literally can't begin to express the upmost anger and hatred I will forever hold against this company. Glad I was able to add some dollars to your 2024 profit margins at the expense of a member of my family.

It's pretty bad
It's pretty bad. I have not heard back at all and was originally told it takes 24 to 48 hours to get the money into your account. I've called in a few times but have been told My claims have gone to another department.

RIP OFF Lets do some math I have 4 pets with a policy with Fetch with a wellness plan monthly for 1 pet 50.12 x 12 = 601.44 annually Vet Bill 153.93 covered amount 113.18 received 80.00 2nd pet 42.55 x 12 510.60 bill 187.85 covered 147.10 only received 80.00 Also took them 24 days after expedited to do these so i am paying insurance and a vet bill that's barely for the amount i will pay in a year, think about that math and this is x's 4 2029.20 they make annually off me with a 326 return. WOW cancelling my policies and my vet was so disgusted she came up with a payment plan so that i can get rid of these people now lets see how hard they will make it to cancel i am placing reviews everywhere i can and on BBB so other people do not make a mistake going with this company
