Very long wait for claim. 12 weeks and counting……
Waiting 12 weeks for a wellness claim that was reduced by a 1/4 for services considered not covered. When all that the vet provided was basic routine shots and check up.

With the cost of everything getting so expensive. I decided to look into pet insurance . Spot had the best reviews and the price was reasonable. I honesty had some doubts . You hear things about insurance and I was not sure if I would end up needing it or what it would cover . I'm grateful and I can say that they are a great company. What seemed to be a small issue turned into a surgery and spot made it so easy to file the claim and they approved and reimbursed us quickly . Highly recommend!
