Do NOT purchase this insurance. It’s taken us months of them trying their best to find a way to deny our claim. When you make a claim it goes into “review” and they say it’s about 2 weeks. HA! Surgery in March. A cheque has been issued 2 weeks ago (so they say) and it could take another week or two. I asked where it coming from? A third party located in New York. Warning bells are going off in my head. I thought maybe it was coming from the dark jungles of Africa. Yes - you will regret buying this insurance.

Our family is beyond grateful for the coverage that we have for our sweet kitten through Healthy Paws. The financial assistance, easy processing, and fast reimbursements that Healthy Paws provided throughout an extremely difficult time to ensure our sweet boy was able to get the care he needed is something we are forever thankful for. very confusing system for entering in…
very confusing system for entering in what I took our cat to the vet for. Put it under annual wellness exam because that's what it was and they rejected it because it was under the wrong category. Makes absolutely no sense.

Very disappointed with this company
Very disappointed with this company. I have been with Trupanion since my dog was two months old. He is now two years old, and the premiums have almost doubled without having any claims being made. When I said, I wanted to cancel - they asked for a reason. I told them I was disappointed with the significant increase in cost for no reason, and their response was “thanks have a good night” and then they promptly closed the chat. Terrible customer service. Just feel used after 2 years of being with them. But glad I cancelled now and didn’t get taken advantage for longer.
