A complete rip off and waste of time
A complete rip off and waste of time. Paid over $600 to have insurance. Spent over $1300 on 2 visits and didn't even get $200 back. No customer service etiquette. Wish I could give 0 stars

Surgery in March. A cheque has been issued 2 weeks ago (so they say) and it could take another week or two. I asked where it coming from? A third party located in New York.
