Katherine Hemmer is absolutely wonderful!
I had the pleasure of speaking to Katherine about me never receiving a check for my first claim and getting an old check reprinted along with my new checks from a more recent claim. Katherine was kind enough to investigate the situation, whilst checking on me every minute or so, to make sure that I was still on the line and to remind me that it would take a couple more minutes (the wait wasn't even long, but she was very considerate and thoughtful of my time). Katherine was also extremely personable and very sweet! We both had a lovely conversation about our kitty cats. The customer service that I received from Katherine was probably the best experience I have ever had. Katherine is absolutely terrific and you should be glad to have her on your team! Rottweiler with epilepsy
My Rottweiler started having seizures at 1 year old. He was diagnosed with epilepsy by the time he was 2 and was have 5-8 seizures a week. His vet bills were very expensive, By the time he was 4.5 years old, the medication he took to control his seizures had started affecting his liver. I’m so glad I had Pets Best! They gave me piece of mind when I had to bring my big boy to the emergency vet due to cluster grand mal seizures. When it’s time to get our next family addition, I will choose pets Best again!

After 12 1/2 years, you doubled my payments from 190 to 359. I have two Poms, and only one of them had an issue 11 years ago, and the total cost was less than 700.00. In the economy we are now in, how can you justify doubling my payment?

Horrible, my veterinarian office has submitted everything I’ve been with them since my dog was a puppy and they still never reimburse us for anything. We spend 100$ a month and nothing in return . Long claim process and never end up covering anything . Horrible customer service.
