Trupanion Is A Lifesaver
Trupanion has been a life saver for our now four year old yorkie mix. Every issue we have had with our dog has been covered. If I have a question about anything, customer service has been kind and helpful. My dog unfortunately suffers many ailments and Trupanion had been the best choice for our little family. Through anaphylactic bee stings, stomach issues and knee surgery, Trupanion had helped us each step of the way.

Raising rates to excess
Raising rates to excess . Pay for 7 years once you need to use it they raise rates. You can’t get another insurance or everything is preexisting conditions at 7 years old . Terrible I will never use them again for any of my animals . Rate. Not raised a little but excessive beware .

Although it seemed like I spent a long time submitting my first two claims, it was worth the time and effort! One phone call and all my questions were answered, great customer service! Within two days, the claims were in the "Processing Phase". In one week, my claims were completed, and the money was transferred via an ACH transaction into my bank account! Thankful for SPOT's communication, professionalism, and fast resolution of my claims!
