Seems like there’s always a problem…
Seems like there’s always a problem with coverage or information from my Vet. My dog had nodules on his liver which is not uncommon for older dogs and a cyst on his skin so small it didn’t warrant any testing and these were both classified as preexisting conditions. Ridiculous.

I submitted my claim and it was a very easy process. I received timely emails regarding the status of my claim. My claim was processed and my reimbursement received in less than two weeks after the date of our vet visit. I have never received such amazing service from an insurance company. NEWLY INSURED AND GRATEFUL FOR SERVICE! I have always had dogs, but never had insurance. For our dog's 7th birthday I booked a wellness visit and purchased insurance for MY BEST FRIEND because we want CJ to have the best always in care. ASPCA was easy to process, when I didn't understand quite how to navigate my claim for the wellness visit the lady on the phone line was gracious and helpful. My reimbursement came right away - sooner than expected. I can't say I look forward to more dealing with this company or that would mean health issues for CJ, but I'm feeling protected financially because I took the step to protect him and us. Thank you.
