One of the worst experiences I've ever had
One of the worst experiences I've ever had with a company. Purchased the insurance and they were very quick to take payment. Medical records were sent in on the third day of coverage, and they took a 2nd payment on month two. Then came an email that "my pets had no pre-existing conditions, BUT they weren't going to cover three paragraphs of medical issues. Had to fight for two weeks to cancel the policies and am still fighting to get a full refund as promised, so far they have only refunded a portion of what was charged. Would never recommend them!!!! Insist that the insurer pull the medical records prior to binding coverage.

21 March 2024: I’ve updated this experience to say that my most recent claims have been processed in a more timely manner, thank you. Claims take forever to process! I’m talking months and when you submit the receipt it’s never enough information for Spot Pet Insurance to process the claim
