Customer Service has been great ! My questions are always answered politely. I signed up for Pumpkin Insurance for my new puppy, Hunter. Insurance is too expensive
Insurance is too expensive. It goes up every year and is almost impossible to continue. The well visit plan is not worth the money. You get back what you put in but have to submit receipt the wait for reimbursement just to break even.!

Spot is the best! I submitted a claim & it was processed by the next day! Their team is also amazing & sent lots of free goodies to my pup when we joined. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for good pet insurance!
