Everything was easy to read and accessible for my needs. I did find that I had to go through Pawlicy Advisor to get the annual limit I wanted since it was available traditionally through the ASPCA site. Maybe it was just a special offer that have with partnering with them. In comparison ASPCA offered wider coverage and even included some end of life supports that weren’t covered by the other insurances I was looking for.

good insurance. premiums increase & slow claims
I appreciate the support from ASPCA and their coverage limits. However the claim process is quite delayed (~30 days) and I didn’t appreciate the level at which my premium increased in just a year (>30%/year).

PetsBest in the perfect name
Hi! My name is Debbie and I live in Colorado. PetsBest is really great! Their response to a claim is received swiftly letting you know its been received and they give you a date by where it will be done also. If for any reason, like waiting for info from the vet, causes any delay, they will send you an email and let you know what's going on. They are always helpful and kind when you need to call them on the phone too. I just love PetsBest. When my friends ask me who is our insurer for our dogs, I happily tell them PetsBest.

Initially, my claims were rejected which was very frustrating. However, the Embrace customer service staff was really helpful with status updates and appeal procedures. I thought it was a pointless battle but they reviewed the additional information from my pet’s veterinarians and eventually reversed their decision and approved my claims. Very grateful for all their help.
