They just jacked up the premiums 33% with no explanation or notice. I am ditching them. I found their claims requirements not very user friendly but this latest move is like a bait and switch.

BEWARE
Do not waste your time, energy or money with this scam company. They failed to cover anything whatsoever for the entire year that I paid them and blamed everything on my dogs "pre-existing skin allergies" to avoid covering. Now rates are about to increase again, id go with Trupanion instead! P.s. terrible communication within the company itself and no urgency at all to handle matters/claims timely.

My reimbursement is taken forever and I getting the run around. The first customer service agent told me 10 days and a week later the second agent told me up to 45 days. I needed the money to pay the credit card company. I am now behind on other bills.
