I took my kitty to the emergency vet .. pretty traumatizing for both of us and my pocket book... I turned the vet bill In to spot with all the notes and itemized receipt...which was easy to do on line with my phone... and within 10 days they reviewed it and said they are paying all except my $250.00 deductible... pretty amazing... thank you Spot. I've shared this with my friends and they were pleasantly surprised as well.

Pets Best? Hardly
I think we've figured out the business process at PB insurance. It's an effort to focus exclusively on a marketing budget on dog and cat stock photos and not any work or effort into actually covering things that happen to policy holders' pets. It's not clear to anyone I know that has Pets Best insurance why we actually have policies anymore, we don't think we've had anything reimbursed in months (including preventative measures to avoid future costs). Not sure what we are paying for in premiums which are almost $800 a year for a healthy 1 yr old small dog. We'll be switching insurance immediately, even if pre-existing conditions are factored in instead of flushing money down the drain with Pets Best.

Can’t believe I am raving about an insurance company but simply put Pets Best is seriously the best for your 4 legged family! Worth every penny!
Scam insurance
Scam insurance. I regret leaving lemonade for this garbage. My policy covers emergency vet visits, accident/injury, and the medications prescribed to my dog. They didn’t cover a penny of either visit and tried to say my services aren’t covered when they clearly are. Do not give your money to this company. Lemonade took 5 days max to get refunded and it took these idiots 13 days to even send an email about claims being denied. They are liars and thieves.
