Helpful and thorough. The process is easy to submit a claim. Anytime I have had to speak to a representative they have been very helpful. They try to do the best for the customer.

Many Pets is simply the best. I just can't emphasize how important it is to insure your pets. This way you know you can afford to treat your best friend with all the health care they need throughout their lives. My dog had an emergency room visit…
My dog had an emergency room visit because part of a wooden deck got impaled in her paw and it was quickly infected. The ER sent paperwork, my vet for her follow-up sent paperwork. I got copies of the paperwork and submitted them myself and I was told they couldn't reimburse because we didn't send the paperwork. If I have to work that hard and still get no coverage, I'm not interested.

Laura was amazing and extremely professional. She walked us through all required documentation and even reached out to the vet to get the proper paperwork for our claim. Laura went above and beyond reviewing all previous documents that we submitted making sure everything was in order. I signed up for pet insurance with Prudent Pet via telephone. My own insurance agent was very helpful and when several questions couldn't be answered by her, she asked my permission to have a customer service representative from Prudent Pet contact me in order for my concerns to be fully addressed. I was quite pleased to have had Rebecca from Prudent give me that call back. She was thorough in answering all my questions and it was truly a pleasure to have had that interaction with her. I felt confident that I had chosen the right company and signed up for the insurance.
