I like that the claims do get paid
I like that the claims do get paid, but I'm put through so much to get them paid. It is a lo of back and forth to get to the final result.

I love Pet’s Best
I love Pet’s Best. Submitting a claim is easy, first of all. Time to review a claim may be backed up a bit but is never as long as they say. They cover what you pay for (in terms of your insurance selection and reimbursement percentage, less deductible). Customer service is pleasant to deal with. Reimbursement payment is prompt. Pet insurance is expensive but well worth it if there is a major issue. I had another company insuring a previous dog and I can say Pet’s Best is far easier to work with. Thank you!!!

Beware of FETCH promises.
Fetch by the dodo told me to call the customer advocate number to explore my options for the downgrade. I was told that the cost to loss ratio was high so they had to downgrade her policy reducing her premium thus putting her at a higher risk if I put claims in. they did not downgrade my two older pets that cost that will cost me $8000 a year . Deductibles are per condition. Her renewal policy is $500 deductible / 70% reimbursement yet they kept my $25,000 annual limit. I only use it for cold laser and acupuncture . All other exams I pay out of pocket because I was afraid of being downgraded. That did not work if I use it she will be downgraded if I don't use it I pay $2,200 a year for a $ 200 reimbursement for the year . I am in a catch -22. So , If u use it to help your dog or cat Fetch might will make you pay 😕 in the end .The $25,000 annual limit means nothing ! My Dog Tinker has unlimited and Fetch did the same thing. Downgraded without explanation or warning. Pet parents should not feel comfortable with annual limit . IF YOU USE IT U WILL PAY in THE BACKEND & BE DOWNGRADED.

Best pet insurance
After research, I decided on Pets Best for my cat. It’s the best decision I ever made with an incredible insurance company. The sign-up process was super easy and I did not need to wait for the policy to become effective. I use the wellness benefit right away and was reimbursed in less than 24 hours. I’m so happy I discovered Pets Best.

Mixed Feelings About Spot Pet Insurance - A Three-Star Review
I was initially excited about Spot Pet Insurance, hoping it would be the perfect solution for my pet’s healthcare needs. The idea of having a wellness policy that covers important vaccinations like Rabies and Lyme’s disease seemed ideal. However, my experience has been a mix of satisfaction and disappointment. The main issue lies in the representation of the wellness policy’s coverage. Before purchasing, the policy details seemed to promise comprehensive coverage for various vaccines, including Rabies and Lyme’s disease. This was a major selling point for me. However, post-purchase, the reality was different. The policy specifies a maximum of $25 coverage, but only for one vaccine, not for each as I had assumed based on the pre-purchase information. This was misleading, especially since the website mentioned no such maximums initially, leading one to believe that each shot in a vaccine series would be reimbursed. While I appreciate the coverage Spot does provide, the discrepancy between the pre-purchase promises and the actual policy terms is concerning. It feels like a significant oversight or, worse, an intentional misrepresentation. For a consumer who is not meticulously analyzing the fine print, this can be quite deceiving. In conclusion, while I want to love Spot for its pet insurance offerings, the gap between expectation and reality in terms of policy coverage has dampened my enthusiasm. I believe clearer communication and transparency in policy details would greatly improve customer experience and satisfaction.

Manypets made it so easy to file a claim! They even reached out to our vet directly to get the information they needed. Couldn’t have been an easier process.
