Once submitted, my claim was approved within 48 hours! Very straightforward processes. Only reason I did not give five stars is due to the lack of pre approvals. Knowing my dog’s surgery would have been covered ahead of time would have been extremely helpful.

We’ve had healthy paws for ten years for our large breed dogs. We have no complaints. We’ve never had any issues submitting claims and being reimbursed. One of our dogs had severe allergies (to oranges of all things in Florida!) so we submitted regular allergy receipts for reimbursement. We’ve also submitted receipts for surgeries, end of life care, and regular illnesses. All approved rapidly and easily. Recommend highly!

Very Easy and Straightforward!
Our dog, Willie, recently needed to receive a very expensive procedure involving the removal of multiple masses and subsequent pathology analysis. It would have cost thousands of dollars without his insurance. Healthy Paws reimbursed us for the expense quickly with o questions asked.
