When I called with questions that the representative didn't know the answers to, the representative asked for my e-mail address, so she could ask her supervisor and let me know. And, then she actually did! I have found it hard to find people to follow through sometimes, so I am impressed with their follow through.

Beware of this company
Beware of this company they will take more money out of your account than first estimated.. on May 31, they took over $200 out of my account when the original payments are just supposed to be $100. All they want to refund me is only $80. They are quick to take the money out of your account but not refund you. You have to wait over a week to get a refund.. but yet they’re quick to remove the money out of your account. They are just like thieves in the night. I am a single mother with two disabled children on the spectrum. I’m left without money for the money to feed my Daughters. I do not recommend this company to no one. They’re overpriced and as I say, they’ll take as much as I want out of your accounts..

Quite atisfiewd with Metlife Pet
Have filed several claims with Metlife for substantially more than I have paid in. the paid claims in 2 weeks or less with no fight, disagreement or challenges. It has been well worth what they charge.

My Puppy broke his leg at 6mo and needed surgery, Metlife paid the full amount of coverage with no problem and I received the full amount in less than 10 days after filing the claim. They are always helpful and no long hold times when I call. 100% paid after a $250 deductible is an awesome plan! Thankyou!

RUN!! Sonnet is predatory. Yearly premium hikes. This years hike is almost doubled last years. They have the nerve to cite a list of known reasons for their hikes to dodge out on stating exactly why my rates have almost doubled. PREDATORS.

I’d rate zero stars if I could
I’d rate zero stars if I could. ASPCA considers my cats lymphoma a pre existing condition. While paying for his chemo, I was paying $150/month for ASPCA insurance and was only ever reimbursed for $75 bloodwork despite vet bills for chemo being in the thousands.

It is hit or miss depending on who looks at your claim My recent claim took longer than needed because two initial adjusters kicked it back for additional information and were not interested in hearing me out or help. Luckily I did get Ashley B who took her time looking into my situation and took ownership in getting it resolved.

They make it so easy to submit my claim…
They make it so easy to submit my claim through the app and they don’t make me jump through hoops to get my reimbursement. If you have a long hospitalization bill it does take a while to get the reimbursement (one claim took about two months) but that’s really the only negative. I would have had to euthanize my cat if I hadn’t had this insurance.
