When I originally spoke with Amanda about insurance for my dog I knew Fetch pet insurance was right for me.She was so helpful and answered any questions I had and made me feel totally comfortable choosing Fetch.She is the best and a real asset for your company. We have had MetLife pet life insurance for our two Doodles
We have had MetLife pet insurance for our two doodles for the last three years. One of our doodles, Harley, is getting up there in age (arent’t we all?) and has had more vet visits than we or he would have liked. There are two pieces of really great news: (1) Harley is almost 15 1/2 years old and is doing great; and (2) MetLife pet insurance has been amazing, including phenomenal customer service. We very much appreciate it . . . and so does Harley.

There is such a burden
There is such a burden! Time limits, SOPs, etc. My vet is very slow to finish charting and SOPs, so it’s a challenge for me to get things in on time. Then the requests for information is ridiculous. For example, I submitted the order for her monthly flea/tick/heartworm prescription and her eyedrops. I used the vet pharmacy and the paperwork showed that but I still received requests for more information. Ridiculous and burdensome at a time such as this. Also, the app is finicky and glitchy and not really that user friendly but you don’t miss a beat trying to sell me something.
