Reimbursement is 70% and quick!
My cat Roland needed emergency surgery that totaled over $6,000. It was such a relief to know that I had Healthy Paws, where reimbursement is 70% and they don't give you a hard time about what happened to your pet when you're already stressed about their wellbeing. I submitted my claim and I got an answer (a reimbursement of about $4,600) by the next day. I know I will have the payment before my credit card payment is due, which means that between my emergency savings and this reimbursement, I have less stress. It's not perfect, of course-- I wish Healthy Paws would cover the expense in the moment like human health insurance does, and of course I wish vet care was more affordable in general. But until we have that, I'm grateful for what Healthy Paws has made available for me.

Easy to send document's, always available to call on the phone, very honest and fair. Does not make up bogus situation as other pet insurance does with excuses, very fast return of funds, best insurance company ever

Our first experience with Spot Pet Insurance
Easy to fill out claim online, claim was taken seriously no questions asked which was a relief as our puppy was really sick and it was very stressful. After the deductible was paid Spot stepped up and paid 70% of the remaining balance quickly into my bank account by auto pay. A second follow up visit was also covered. We are very happy with Spot Pet Insurance and grateful to be part of the spot community

First dog, easy claims

Ridiculous Premium Rate Increases
I cancelled due to the ridiculous rate increases in premium: "American Modern Home Insurance Company was granted an overall rate increase in the amount of +16.60% effective 02/23/24 for new business and effective 02/23/24 for renewal business for Pet Insurance. American Modern Home Insurance Company subsequently filed on 03/07/24 with the Department of Banking and Insurance a request for an overall rate increase in the amount of 19.20%". Good bye.

I Hope This Isn't a Preview of His my Future Claims Will be Handled!
I received 4 emails stating my dog's records were needed to process my claim. I sent the records 4x. They said they requested them from my vet... only they requested them from a veterinarian hospital I've never been to. Finally, I called and they said they had the records. I never had this problem with my former pet insurance company.

Excellent service
Our fur baby developed an illness in her gut basically overnight, Vet diagnosed her problem as AHVS. The visits and treatment were quite expensive. Sent my claim to FETCH and the review process was quick. I received my reimbursement within 10 days, thank you Fetch.

Terrible service- do not recommend
Takes too long to pay out and getting a $3 charge for a check because I don’t want to provide my checking account number is robbery. Almost impossible to use the chat button- the bot service/ communication is frustrating- has you going in circles to talk to speak to a representative.
