I have a little dachshund named Bella
I have a little dachshund named Bella. She is very smart and the sweetest dog I've ever had, but she has IVDD. She has had 2 back surgeries and also has cushion disease. Her medicine for the cushions is $190.00 a month. It would be nice to be able to get the insurance. But once again we can't because her illness is pre-existing. Maybe one day (which I doubt) someone will accept little dogs like Bella that have pre-existing illness's.

Some frustration
I was disappointed to hear that a phone call confirmation of coverage could not be provided before an appointment I had for my dog. I was also frustrated to learn that pre-existing conditions are not covered by this company. I thought we were maturing as a society and moving past those types of restrictions. We still pay every month; why not cover our requirements?

One phone is all it took
One phone is all it took. Customer Representative and Billing Representative were kind and professional. My issue was taken care of immediately and monies deposited to my account the next day.
