At first I thought Met Life was a little too expensive but I got back 80% of everything that I submitted. I sometimes had to submit twice because more info was needed. I did find that a little annoying but once I got the hang of the process it was pretty easy and quick reimbursement! I was happy about that because I was spending a lot of money on a foster dog!

Trupanion answers the phone quickly. Their staff is caring and kind. They understand the pet is important part of the family. They keep you informed all the way. The determination of coverage takes less than 2 hours. Great payment coverage. And they pay directly to the vets office.
