They do not cover your medical bills
They try their best not to cover your medical charges. My dog had a bacterial infection of the eye previously which was treated with antibiotics (did not have Spot insurance at the time). A few weeks later my dog developed allergies which manifested as eye redness but Spot did not want to cover the medical charges because they considered it a continuation of his bacterial infection several weeks prior. They proceeded to explain that they would not cover any eye inflammatory conditions for the next SIX months due to their policy. Waste of money - recommend going with other insurance companies.

No Funny Business on Claims Approval
What didn't make it great?! Applying several years ago was an easy process. Customer service is super responsive. Most importantly the claim process was a breeze. I've had other pet insurance and this company by far exceeded my expectations! The cost of pet healthcare is expensive and the last thing you want to do is make a decision based on your financial situation. I love the wellness power up through Figo
I love the wellness power up through Figo! It’s well worth it for peace of mind. Claims are super easy to file with Figo using the pet cloud app. Claims are processed promptly and reimbursements are issued in a timely manner. We have only had Figo for a month for our new puppy but so far we are pleased with our choice for pet insurance.
