It was very disappointing that…
It was very disappointing that Trupanion found almost a $1,000 in 'exam fees' during emergency room and surgery stating that exam fees during emergency surgery should be budgeted for. It does not make any sense to put them in the same category as a yearly exam. Also the misapplication of the coinsurance and using that to effectively to increase the deductible to $1,100 before Trupanion covered anything. This makes it extremely hard to recommend company to others.
