Helping Me Give My Cat the Care He Deserves
I’m deeply grateful to PetsBest for making it possible for me to diagnose and treat my cat’s recent illness with the care he needed. Without the reassurance that PetsBest would reimburse a significant portion of his veterinary expenses, I could not have afforded the testing that enabled his veterinarian to properly diagnose and treat him. Although he is living with a chronic disease, ongoing bloodwork monitoring and medication adjustments are helping him feel as well as possible. Without this insurance, I simply would not be able to provide the level of care he needs and deserves. Because of my experience, I will never have an animal companion who is not covered by PetsBest. When my son and his girlfriend adopted two kittens, I encouraged them to insure their cats as well. I believe we have a responsibility to provide proper medical care for our pets, and PetsBest has consistently helped me do that for the seven cats I’ve been fortunate to share my life with since the mid-1980s.
Great company!
My husband and I have been very happy with Spot Insurance for our dog. Every claim has been processed timely and accurately in relation to the policy we purchased. The claim submission process is easy with bills and office notes uploaded online with no difficulties and payment received in a timely manner!

No one got back to me regarding my quote. I waited since April 30. Also your quotes are wrong. It says there's a discount for purchasing a yearly policy, but the math doesn't add up and it's the same as a monthly policy with the extra charge. To Sonnet's Response: you replied so quick here, but it's been two weeks and I'm still waiting for a response via email.

My pup was very sick and needed a Dr like NOW. Fetch insurance was My peace of mind went in a panic state. I knew that my deductible would be made and that everything following would be covered. It was super easy with the app to file claim.

Great Rates, Terrible Customer Service
I was recently in an accident. The adjuster assigned to my claim has been very difficult to communicate with. Had she provided all the information on the process during our original communication, the process could have moved along much quicker. Instead I was receiving tidbits of information on the process, and then waiting anywhere from 2-9 days for a response. I wasn't provided a list of shops until a week before my rental expired. When I asked for an extension on the rental it was denied. Along the way, I have been asked by the adjuster to basically do their job, call the shop, set up the appointment, contact the tow yard. The whole situation has been extremely stressful, and now I am out-of-pocket for the rental, after finally having my personal vehicle released, only to find out that the shop I chose from the list of shops provided does not accept undrivable vehicles, when it was clearly stated to the adjuster before making the selection that my vehicle was in fact undrivable. Not only has dealing with my claim been stressful, but now the whole situation is affecting me financially, and from what my adjuster stated there is nothing they can do because the time for rental coverage has expired, even though the process is why this has taken so long.

"Denied coverage for a tooth that was NOT Pre-Existing"03
I had a very disappointing experience with Spot Pet Insurance. They denied a claim coverage for Shylah's tooth, claiming it was preexisting when it was not. I paid for coverage expecting help with unexpected veterinary expenses and instead felt misled and frustrated. Based on my experience, I do not feel this company is trustworthy and would encourage pet owners to read the fine print very carefully before signing up.

Costs changing on the site
I have one pet already on the insurance plan. We just adopted a new puppy so I wanted to add her as well. I went on the site a few times because we are not sure what breed she is so I was debating what to enter. every time I went to the site it was giving me a different estimate/quote on the amount even though I wasn't changing anything except the breed. I thought the breed was causing the prices to change dramatically. I realized after getting 5 different costs that the reimbursement percentage, coverage type and the plan details were changing every time. This was frustrating to me. Once I realized that, I was able to go in and customize the plan to mirror the one we have for our current dog. I think other customers would find this frustrating and not dig deeper to see why this was happening and give up on the process. The costs varied wildly from $21 a pay period to $50 something.
