Embrace - a compassionate pet insurance provider
Embrace was gentle and compassionate to my needs ✨️. I lost my Lacey in January, and my Gunter in August. Both were senior dogs, and my constant companions. The claims process was very simple. The response was immediate and the claims were processed quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend them. When I find my next furry friend 🧡 i will be sure to have them covered by embrace. The name Embrace, says it all.

So easy to work with.
So easy to work with. Quick responses. And the girl I spoke w was very nice and very helpful. My only wish is that I had more coverage for Lacey. Injury was expensive. I’ll have to look into changes on my renewal.

Not happy
Not happy. I've submitted a few claims and it seems the only thing that has been semi covered was my dogs spay. I received $250 but I paid that extra. If I wouldn't have , then I wouldn't have even received that. I signed both of my puppies up as soon as we brought them home at 9 weeks. Maybe I should have just saved my money and used it towards vet bills.

Lightning fast processing time and payment!
I had only had my Embrace insurance for 3 months when my puppy became sick. The medical bills added up to almost $1600. Not only did Embrace cover everything above the deductible, they processed the claim in 90 minutes and paid out in 2 days! Just absolutely excellent!

Not worth the money
It’s just annoying if I compare the amount I pay vs the amount you reimburse. I feel like if my dog doesn’t get hit by a car your insurance isn’t worth it

I have had Embrace for 6 years and unfortunately my GSP has developed allergies. Embrace has been there for Cooper the whole time. There are not words to express my appreciation for Embrace. I tell everyone that has pets, to use Embrace.

Don’t bother
They don’t listen, they don’t care if you’ve had a bad experience; I would not recommend them. I filed a claim after my pet passed away last year and it took 2 1/2 weeks for Figo to decide that my claim was not covered. After asking them why it had taken so long for them to figure this out, I got no response. During that 2 1/2 weeks, they were constantly emailing me and calling me to ask me for more information (meaning I had to talk about the death of my pet over and over and over) and they were calling my vet’s office to ask for more information. None of us could figure out what they needed. In the end, it wasn’t covered (why didn’t they just tell me that in the first place?) and I was out that money anyway. Total waste of time and money.

We used Embrace Pet Insurance for our dog that we adopted in May. Unfortunately not long after we adopted him we learned that he had a huge kidney mass and although we tried everything, he passed away only 4 months after we adopted him. The representatives at Embrace Pet Insurance were awesome, kind and caring! They processed the claims very quickly and I would highly recommend them.
