Best pet insurance ever. Never used when my lab mix was young except for wellness and claims always processed quickly. Now that he is 11 and is starting to have issues, Claims have been handled quickly. Would definitely recommend

Their insurance claim process is easy to follow; the people who process the claims are on top of it and follow up with you if they are missing something on your claim, so that it can get approved. If I could leave zero stars I would. Find a better insurance company for your loved ones.
If I could leave zero stars I would. My dog developed cancer and her claims weren't covered because she had a previous growth removed from a separate part of her body years earlier. Due to circumstances outside of my control, the previous growth was not sent for pathology as the vet said it did not seem to be cancerous. We ended up having to pay around $1500 out of pocket even though the point of having this coverage was to help in times of need like this. If my dog did not pass away, I would not renew my insurance because Embrace also wanted to almost double the premium on her coverage when renewal was due. Find a different company that is more willing to work with you for things like this because even asking to follow up and figure out more information about why our claims were denied, no one will contact us back.
