ALL CLAIMS DENIED
I submitted 12 Claims from services for my pet in 2023 and 2024, ranging from cough, diarrhea, tick illness, vomiting, and ear infections. My claims were submitted in April 2024. By September 1, 2024 only 4 had been reviewed and denied. 8 claimed were pending. By October 19, when I canceled my policy at the 12 month renewal, those 8 remained unprocessed despite my Vet supplying full medical history at enrollment of the policy, and again in Sept. No surprise, ALL 12 CLAIMS were denied. They want to upsell you to "Wellness rewards". I have healthy pets. They cover nothing. They bury you in jargon. It's a scam and a total waste of time and $$$.

Site doesn't work well and claims not paid
Site doesn't work well. Claims are not handled easily and requests for extra info for an elderly dog makes it difficult to get reimbursed.

at first i didnt like this insurance…
at first i didnt like this insurance because i felt like i as spending money on the insurance. it didnt seem to pay off. Everything i submitted was being rejected. I felt like it wasnt being off, thats why i bought cat insurance to helped out when most needed. Evenually i guess i paid the maximum amount so it started paying off. Even if paid alot out pocket for my dusty it was worth it but having insurance for him was a blessing. Now i can keep trying for cat to live a little bit more,

Beware of Fetch Pet Insurance - Dishonest and Fraudulent
I had a terrible experience with Fetch Pet Insurance. They provided a specific deadline on their website for claim submission, which I followed exactly. After submitting, they turned around and claimed the actual deadline was the day after what they originally stated, resulting in my claim being denied. This feels like a deliberate scam to avoid paying out claims. If you're considering pet insurance, avoid Fetch! They engage in dishonest practices and seem to mislead customers on purpose. Absolutely frustrating and untrustworthy. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Communication with Embrace is weak
Communication with Embrace is weak. Like raising prices without prior notice or any contact with my local vet. Deductibles seem almost useless help.

Just Okay!
All I can say is that I tried to file a claim, and it seems like all of my dog's ailments were pre-existing, so nothing was covered. They may be suitable for emergencies, but for annual checkups, they're not worth the monthly cost.

A total scam
I would give a 0 star review if I could. I got Trupanion because it seemed to have the best coverage for a price I could afford and I knew signing my cat up when he was a kitten would be best. But in the two years that I have been with Trupanion, they have increased the monthly premium by 60%. Both last year and this year, when I asked why the increase was so high (about 25% each year), they told me it was based on the number of claims for cats of the same breed and age as well as the increase in vet costs in my area. This doesn't really make sense to me, because my cat is 2 years old and while his breed is prone to some health conditions, they are ones that usually affect his breed later in life. So I cannot understand where this rate of increase is justified, other than the company just wants to get money from the customer. Also, their only solution is to increase the deductible so you get a lower rate, but once you increase a deductible, you can't lower it again.
