If I could give spot a zero
If I could give spot a zero, that would make more sense. I have used this company for years and have not had an issue until recently. I am very irritated that I have had to waste my time for 2 months calling, emailing Spot and my vet to sort out a basic annual visit claim, which is still not completed. Everytime I get the same answers and they will look in to it. Shame on them for not going through what is rightly promised and should be paid for in the contract. They have failed. As a consumer who pays a monthly cost of $82 I would expect better. I simply asking for my cats annual visist to be covered. In the contract it states I will recieve reimbursement for these specific items but spot doesn't like how the vet presented the information - a bundled cost, lab results, and exam note from the day which confirms what has been completed. I will be taking my buisness elsewhere and you should too. There is no needed to be treated like this, especially when I annualy pay $984. Is it too much to ask to recieve compensation of $25 for lab tests? Clearly it is with this company. 11/14/24 Spot has since resolved this issue after 2 months of phone and email.

Fraud Ring within American Modern Home Insurance Company
Everything is a pre-existing condition even when explicitly stated by my vet that it isn't. Essentially a fraud company displaying itself as pet insurance. Shame on the underwriting company: American Modern Home Insurance Company

I have been with Embrace for over 18…
I have been with Embrace for over 18 years now. I use to ALWAYS give rave reviews about them. I've had good and bad claims yet I've understood how everything worked. For the most part, I have been generally happy.... Until NOW. I called to make a minor change in my policy and I was told that I had to CANCEL my existing policy and start over... My policy price increased 50% per month ($63 to $98) and the folks that you speak too are simply.....ambivalent to you... Ughhhh The ridiculous talking points.. "inflation" - - PLEASE... "its your zip code" .. Oh lots of claims where you live...... Whatever lie they are working off of at this time, as if we are completely ignorate on the other end. The company I use to love, now completely sucks. You don't give a crap about anything accept collecting and it shows.

Turned Around Time
The turn around time from when I submitted my claims was excellent. I do think that I should have been reimbursed for the X-ray.
