Never had Insurance before, glad I did!
I adopted a GSD under 1 year, no history but a sweet boy. Never owned pet insurance but kids advised it as their adopted GSD had issues. Glad I found ASPCA after much research. A senior myself with limited income, the insurance has paid for itself as CA Vets charge crazy prices, $75 just to walk in the door :0! I hit my $500 deductible quickly and have found ASPCA to be quick IN their reimbursement and easy to navigate. I will use them every year.

This is my first experience having and using pet insurance. I was unsure if having pet insurance would really be helpful and worth the monthly expense. However I've been pleasantly surprised by how much it has covered and ease of the entire process! Definitely worth having!

I’d love to give them a zero star
I’d love to give them a zero star. Already canceled my pet insurance with them. They will take any little note on your dogs history and turn it into a “pre exciting” condition so they don’t pay for anything. They have linked any little thing that they could to a note that one vet said 5 years ago and now no matter what happens to the dog they will link it to that and not pay for anything so really all they are doing is getting paid each month but not helping you when you need to claim something. So far I’ve seen three vets and non have said anything good about this company. Terrible experience please go somewhere else. Ask you vet for who they recommend and I bet you they will NEVER say embrace
