Awesome interaction with Amanda M at their customer contact centre! Extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant. Provided answers to my questions, along with options! Snake bite!
Fortunately I don’t have to use my insurance much, but when my guard dog got bit by a Copperhead snake while on a walk, I knew we had coverage. The peace of mind knowing that all I had to do was get her to the nearest veterinarian clinic and she’d be fine was priceless. Thank you!
