Submitting claim is easy
It is easy to submit claims but questions arise as to what is covered and what is considered preexisting conditions. I am glad I have the insurance but with what I pay in premiums, I wish the coverage for accident/illness would cover more.

I switched to Embrace after having Pets…
I switched to Embrace after having Pets Best Insurance and frankly, I regret it. Customer service was much better with Pets Best. I could actually get someone on the phone. With Embrace, it seems that every time I have called the wait is so long that I give up. My first submitted claim took about a month in review. The second claim for $24 for my pet's hyperthyroidism meds was denied in it entirety with no explanation . The EOB just said "not covered" but provided no reason. I looked at my policy and RX meds are to be covered. Overall, I am not very pleased with the company and I regret leaving Pets Best.

Quick review of vet records and turnaround for refund! I don't feel like I have to fight to be helped like with health insurance. We have unfortunately had 2 claims so far one a large surgery and one a small emergency, and have had no complaints with either.

Very easy to submit a claim and very quick response. My only disappointment was that this is the first time in two years that I surpassed my deductible - and my monthly rate went up immediately. Thank you for taking time to explain how rates are determined and what options exist for dealing with the increase.

I am very pleased with Embrace pet insurance.
I was explained pre existing conditions that are not covered by any insurance company, and it did take me a few times to have this explained thoroughly to I so I understand this now and it does make sense. I have always been treated kindly by all of the employees and Charmaine who is in the claims department when I have spoken to them on the phone. I do SO appreciate all of the employees kindness, patience, knowledge and help. I highly recommend this pet insurance company and my SO beautiful cat deserves this insurance so she may receive any care needed if there is an accident, or health issues in the future.
