Rates have doubled
This was a bait and switch. At sign up in 2022 I was quoted $86 for two dogs. At my first renewal in 2023 that was raised to $136. Renewing again in 2024 and it is $185. Our premium more than doubled in 24 months. I can’t switch because of the dogs now has a pre existing condition, so I’m stuck with these high prices that are way above market. Do not buy Embrace.

THE WORST! - Pets Best
Unacceptably poor customer/claims service. Extremely slow processing - close to a month. And, I'm still waiting for my direct deposit - over 1 week! Multiple phone calls - on hold for 30+ min and haphazard email response with no information of value. Will be contacting the BBB and cancelling my policy.

Explained to be better than what the fine print tells you
They were very easy to work with on line and over the phone. The app was easy to use as well. Sadly, the coverage was not entirely explained to me upon purchase. For instance, 1 stool test is covered per year and only up to a certain amt, $25.00. Or 25.00 towards certain vaccines. So it was very limiting on what was covered for preventative care and only up to a certain amount. I was impressed initially by spots deductible, coverage explanation and unlimited expenses for $82.00/mo until I submitted my bills and had little return. My older dog is on a plan with NW, we pay up front but then get 80% return, 250$ deductible and unlimited expense. And NO cap on certain preventative tests and care. We cancelled this plan for our puppy because it did not hold up to the expectations that NW set for us and we went to NW. They have a higher monthly fee, but coverage is top notch. It's that old saying, you get what you pay for. And certainly the cheaper rate was not worth it.

Smartest thing I’ve done lately!!
Met Life is wonderful. It has more than paid for itself. It’s the only pet insurance I could find that covers dental cleanings! It takes a little longer than 5-10 days for a claim to be processed, but I always know they will take care of us.

Fast and easy online !
Fast and easy online !! The best if not the greatest insurance brokers i ever had ! I still can't believe how fast and easy it was to get insurance online .. got my quote in 15 mins ...i accepted and then got a personal phonecall if I had any other questions! Sonnet is 5 stars hands down!

Claims are so simple & repayment fast! So grateful we have Spot!
We were unsure about pet insurance but decided to give it a try as a "just in case" measure... we were so grateful we had it after our dog got sick with a stomach issue (put us close to deductible) and then shortly after we found a growth in his paw that had to be removed (well over deductible)... submitting claims was super easy & credit bank was super fast! No hassle or issues - just had to upload detailed receipt from our vet and done. Thank you Spot Pet Insurance for helping us feel at ease making medical decisions for our 4 legged fur baby with worrying about financial strain!

I spoke to Rebecca today with concerns and talking to her about a precious insurance company Lemonade and explaining to her that nobody spoke English and it's awful they have no idea what there doing. Rebecca was so helpful with all my questions and answered everything I needed. She was great!

a nice surprise!
I forgot that I insured my precious dog last year. As a result I filed a few claims at once. I was expecting a new bill for next year’s policy but instead I received a nice check for what was covered. I wish there was specific explanation for what wasn’t reimbursed.
