We are very appreciative of the support SPOT provided for our Yorkie Terrier that was bitten and almost killed by a large dog. SPOT accepted and processed our claim within a week and followed up with us to ensure responses to questions we had. My three dogs are registered with SPOT and I thank them for their service exceptional service.

I just recently signed my dog up for Spot Pet Insurance and I didn't realize that it was close to the time he needed an exam. I took my dog to his exam, got his prescription for his flea/tick treatment, submitted a claim and it was approved before I could blink an eye. I am telling everyone that own a pet about Spot Insurance. In fact I had a friend recently get insurance for her dog too.

I had a previous insurer and it was much easier to submit claims. With Spot, I had to take additional time to contact the vet and also submit pets' medical records; I have multiple pets. I rang and the rep could care less about my complaint. I was finally informed that the claims were approved, but the reimbursement $ is yet to be seen.

embrace insurance is amazing
embrace insurance is amazing. They always pay within 2-3 days of submitting a claim and, unlike other insurance companies we have used, do not reduce the amount. They always pay exactly 90% of the invoice amount. The few times I have had to contact them there customer service has been great. They respond by email with a helpful answer within 24 hours. This is really a great vendor. Highly recommend.

Fast Direct Deposit Claim payments
I had a few claims for my 5 year old lab in my 1st year with PetsPlusUs. I found out that the claims process worked very well when you provide all the needed information right from the beginning. I was also lucky that my Vet has a point person that provided a PDF document with all the Doctors medical notes and paid invoices in one file. I also provided an overview document and photos showing evidence of the medical issue. In 3-4 business days the money was in my account and an email with a paid claim document explaining how the claim was processed and how the deductible and co-pay amounts were factored into the claim. It’s been a great experience so far!
