I have been incredibly pleased with my pet insurance. After the initial medical history review, which clearly outlined what would not be covered, I never encountered any issues. The process for medical expense refunds was always straightforward and hassle-free. They never asked unnecessary questions and consistently processed refunds promptly. Even when my beloved dog was old and suffering from congestive heart failure and chronic pancreatitis, requiring frequent treatments from our vet and cardiology specialist, I never experienced any issues with refunds.
