Fast and Easy to submit claim
Fast and Easy to submit claim. Hardest part of the process was scanning my paper files to a USB in order to upload them, but you could just take a picture with your phone.

We made our first claim on October 28
We made our first claim on October 28, and I totally understand that a first claim can take longer than 10 to15 days because the company will check the medical history of your pet. In our pet's case, it is under 1 year of when we took the policy out, for our now 15 month old dog. Submitting the claim was VERY easy and the customer service with Kyle, on a question I had was very helpful! So far, so good.

Cats went to the vet Thursday
Cats went to the vet Thursday, uploaded my itemized receipts that same evening. Claim was processed and completed by Tuesday and now I'm set to receive the reimbursement. Today is 1 week from that visit and all thats left is the direct deposit. Couldn't have been easier or more straight forward and very efficient. This is awesome, thank you!

Best Pet finds any reason to deny legitimate claims!
My Frenchie had nare surgery done due to poor breathing. They denied claim for “pre existing” because she was born that way. Of course she was!!! Same thing with hooded vulva surgery which was necessary due to repeated surgery. Because she was born that way it was considered pre existing!! I don’t even try to file claims anymore. I only keep the insurance in case she gets hurt. I Do Not recommend at all!

ASPCA
ASPCA, has been a Godsend. I have a tiny Yorkie, chihuahua and two cats so I thought pet insurance would be a good idea and I contacted ASPCA. I’ve been extremely happy with how quickly my claims are approved and paid. What’s nice is you the customer gets to choose how you want to set up your pets plan just go to their website. Our Yorkie has been having health issues so we’ve been to the vet quite often lately, so our pet insurance has been nothing but a great investment.
