It won't pay your claims!
I bought insurance from Fetch a few years ago. At the time my monthly premium was about $30. It was all good till my cat got sick and I submitted claims. They increased my premium to $58 per month for the same coverage. But this was just the beginning! At my renewal date, they doubled my deductible amount and reduced my reimbursement rate for 20%! When I called the customer service, they said that is the only option they can offer! And since my cat is now sick and other insurance companies don't accept him, I'm stuck with Fetch. It's a terrible feeling when your fur baby gets sick and you have to not only deal with the stress of that but also all of the sudden your insurance company (Fetch) refuses to actually pay what you registered for and paid the premium for it for years!

Well worth the cost!
The company I work for offered Pet Insurance, but it was absolutely horrible. After taking our pet to the vet for the 1st time (She is a puppy, and this was her 1st visit), I submitted a claim, thinking it would go toward my deductible, but nothing was covered. I immediately started looking for a different pet insurance, found Spot via Google. My initial experience has been unbelievable. We took our puppy back in for a follow-up, and virtually everything was covered. I submitted a claim, thinking again it would go toward my deductible, but I'm thinking due to the fact all we did was preventative, we received a check that covered most of the visit. Completely different experience compared to the old pet insurance, where the visit didn't even go toward my deductible, and I'm only paying $10 more per month. Well worth the spend!

Fantastic provider of pet insurance
Fantastic provider of pet insurance - both of my rescues are on Pumpkin insurance and we wouldn't have it any other way! Pumpkin is super easy to login, quick to look up, easy to file claims, and most most most importantly, the reimbursement experience is so humane and painless. My dog with acute kidney failure is alive and thriving now thanks to the fact that my husband and I feel like we have Pumpkin as our financial support to give her the best care she deserves.

This is my first experience with…embrace
This is my first experience with embrace, the customer service is very kind andhelpful but I think the system is a bit backwards because I have to get my pets examined which is understandable before they cover it but the reason why we have insurance is because vet bills can be expensive, the money I can take my pets to the vet I have to pay monthly out of pocket, which kind of unfortunate because us parents that have multiple pets that could be expensive, yet were not getting reimbursed for that. I am waiting for a response from either the vet or embrace about my dog Brownie, for reimbursement which is almost $300.00 -ish. I would still stay with embrace but just expressing my opinion on this. The vets office is not very prompt either, I feel they aren't compassionate I feel like they should be as veterinarians, I feel overwhelmed because my dogs are older,, seems like the rules are against of something I can't help and I need them most financially. *sighs* I just want to take care of my babies.

Very pleased with Embrace pet insurance
I took out Embrace pet insurance when we brought our baby dog home. I have since filed several claims and have always been very satisfied with their prompt response. My latest claim is related to my dog having a bout of GI distress for about a week that required her being seen by her vet. Filing my claim was very easy.
