MET LIFE GETS ZERO STARS
The fact that this review starts out with "what went wrong this time" is crazy. I'm a new owner and my first time owning a pet. I purchased this puppy for moral support due to me losing my son 6/15/2024. I want to make sure I'm doing everything right when it comes to my fur baby, but Met Life has not made this easy for me. I purchased this insurance through my job and Met Life made it seem at the time that they are the best and want their customers happy. I was excited so I follow through. Recently I had to make a claim, and it has not been easy dealing with Met Lifes staff at all. They are not professional, friendly, nor do they care about their customers concerns or feelings. It has now been ten plus days, and I have yet to receive anything. The lady I spoke with today stated "my claim hasn't been touched yet and that I would still have to wait six more business days before I see or hear anything happening. She was so rude that I ended the call before I said something she wouldn't have want it to hear. It's mighty funny how they reel you in and take your money, but so slow to the claims that their customers submit. Like the others on here, if I could put no stars I would. I would love to know if anyone has gone another route for pet insurance? And if so, who? I need to be a part of someone business that cares about my concerns and not just in it for the money. Sorry but not sorry MET LIFE YOU GUYS NEED TO DO BETTER.
