Outstanding and reliable coverage for our cat, Mango!
Healthy Paws has been incredible to work with. From Mango’s initial vet visits and ER trips all the way to a major surgery bill, every single claim we submitted was processed seamlessly. Reimbursement was in our account within two days of sending the required documents. We also love that our policy includes the 24/7 Airvet feature for quick virtual vet advice. It has saved us so much unnecessary stress. Their team is fast, dependable, and completely hassle-free. Highly recommend!

Not Transparent - Wellness Items Had Check Marks to Show Covered But They Barely Cover
Just signed up with Figo, through Costo. Very disappointed after just one visit. We signed up for the wellness add-on which had large check marks next to things like vaccines, microchip, deworming. We got our first claim back. They only cover $50 per year toward vaccines, $30 toward microchip, and $10 a year toward deworming. That should have been made much clearer. When a company puts large checkmarks next to what's covered on their plan, that makes it seem like it's covered. I'll be browsing for a better, hopefully, more honest company.

Spot insurance has been pretty good so…
Spot insurance has been pretty good so far! Claims are quick to be assessed and deposited. I have had some issues trying to download the forms on their site though. Customer service has been helpful as well.

Kametria was very helpful
Kametria was very helpful. She listened to my question, looked up the information and gave me an explanation that made sense to me. She also answered my other two questions, one of which was about my other pet. She listened carefully. was well informed and knowledgeable. She was professional but also friendly.

awful customer service
awful customer service, awful claims department. they were never going to pay, even with 3 vets backing us why our claim should be approved. each call was a different thing we needed to submit and why it was denied this time. we had vet paperwork and letters from vet very specifically stating why out claim should be verified. managers were not any better. each call got worse. not sure if all pet insurance is the same BUT not worth the money or time. luckily my dog will be turning 3 in a few days and it has nothing to do with metlife.

Insurance is very important even in such an unexpected situation.
Insurance are very important. Adopted my pet who looked very perfectly healthy and fine and went home. Applied for an insurance a week after adopting. Didn't expect the health got worse three weeks after adopting and eventually my poor pet has to be put to sleep. It was very traumatic and stressful - it put our strain on our finance on vet visit and emergency visit. I want to thank insurance for making this process less stressful and put our finance a peace of mind with refund and claims even though we are grieving for our beloved pet. It's important to keep medical record intact and documented otherwise.... it can delay payment.
