Good service
Although, I have opted to have 90% reimbursement & $250 deductible I find it a expensive. That' why it didn't get 5 stars. Otherwise, no problem getting reimbursed & customer service is good 👍🏻

Yes I have had COCO my lovey Shih Tzu with Spot for few years, I am very happy and recommend Spot if you have any dog or cat , The the company is very well organized, and normally they pay your claim within two or three weeks.
