Claim submission window is unrealistic…
Claim submission window is unrealistic and hard to follow. Depending upon when your pet goes to the vet you could have as little as 61 days to file the claim or as many a 425 days to file. I am unable to file a claim for the current year, that occurred ~ 200 days ago, even after being a loyal customer of 10+ years. I don't appreciate this as I feel I found their loophole for being able to deny/not accept claims.

Every time, there seems to be an excuse for not paying me back. As an insurance agent, I am well aware of how insurance processes work. However, the explanations and tactics from your company have been extremely frustrating. Wow, just wow. I normally don't write reviews but ASPCA deserves one. I've had ASPCA for my two cats for about two years. I've submitted multiple claims and they have always been outstanding at following up and paying the claims, no questions asked. I was very skeptical when I first got insurance, thinking it would never pay anything but I am happy to say I was wrong. We recently had a pretty high dollar claim for one of our cats that was diagnosed with melanoma and the claim was paid within a week of submitting. I'm relieved that I can give my cats the care they needed without worrying about breaking the bank. 10/10 recommend
