Nothing "Best" about our Customer Experience
Several of our claims went through fine, others not so much. If you don't provide the documentation they require (any piece thereof), they reject the claim with only at best a vague description of what they think want. In our experience Customer Care (email) has been exceptionally slow in responding, ridiculous in some of their communications, and overall just completely unhelpful. All our claims are from the same Vet. All wellness. Nothing weird or unusual, just normal stuff. It's hard to understand. On one claim, the web portal did nothing but generate a cryptic error when we tried to upload additional documentation (a jpg). One day we get an email from Customer Care requiring another piece of documentation and an hour later we get notified the claim's been closed from inactivity????? Sadly truly and shockingly unreal. We obviously do not recommend Pets Best.

Got paid per contract
Got paid per contract, but the requirement of separate invoices for the 3 charges related to one illness episode meant records apparently were sought separately for each invoice by different staff. The first two which were the diagnostic visit charges came quickly, but the most expensive one for the surgery took 3 weeks. The web site didn't have any apparent way to indicate these were secondary billings after the initial insurance their 80%. I inidcated I had all twhe documents in one of the notes sections, but Embrace sought the originals, which was another delay/

Pets Best was responsive and caring…
Pets Best was responsive and caring after our 3 year old German Shepherd had a serious issue with emergency surgery and we appreciated their working with us to see how our policy helped cover those expenses. P.S.- Their program to call a vet for medical questions is also a wonderful program for customers and their pets!

Crapiest insurance
Crapiest insurance. When it comes to paying the claim, they will make sure they come up with anything and everything to deny it. they will make up any kind of pre-existing. Not worth paying the month after month and paying deductible and then finally when it comes to filing a claim, you have to fight with them. I am stopping after paying them uselessly for a year. Just for example, in this case, feeding a new food to my puppy which caused diarrhea ,has been recognized as a pre-existing condition.

Policy was explained well
Policy was explained well. Uploading my dogs medical records was easy. My first claim on the wellness portion of the policy was easy and quick. Monies were deposited into my bank with no issues. Iam a new client and Iam pleased with my choice of Fetch Pet.

Disappointing Rate Change…
I was very disappointed that my insurance for my 2 cats had escalated so much. I originally was paying $49 for coverage, then it ROSE to $81! I had to rearrange my plan to lower the payments. The woman who helped me was very nice.

Great online experience
Got the coverage I needed at a better price than what I currently had. Easy to do myself online and nice to be able to chat with an advisor who made me feel comfortable that I filled everything out correctly and got extra explanations on the grey areas that insurance has!

Embrace continues to make having and…
Embrace continues to make having and caring for my pups affordable. Vet bills are so expensive, even to the point of prohibitive when seeking care, but Embrace makes filing claims very simple and quick and the claims have always been paid quickly, without issue. Thank you Embrace!
