Signing up for pet insurance was made…
Signing up for pet insurance was made easy and the person who helped me was very thorough and obviously cared. However, the plan didn’t cover as much as it claimed to. I could have saved money if I just laid everything out of pocket. The coverage is so little. My $300+ claim was reimbursed $50 and there was no explanation of benefits. The document was blank/error, even for the support person I reached out to. She ended up sending me a breakdown of coverage and it was NOT what I remember signing for. The coverage was MUCH less. I honestly regret getting insurance but I don’t regret trying to get my kitten covered.

I have had rescue dogs my whole life…
I have had rescue dogs my whole life and now that I am retired money is tight. My family recommended insurance with ASPCA but I put it off, due to not wanting another bill. Once I did decide I should make the move and insure my 2 sweet dogs I felt more at ease since you never know what the future holds and vet bills are extraordinary. Boy, am I thankful I did that! I did have to put in a claim that was a lot of money and it was super easy dealing with ASPCA insurance. Both online and through a phone conversation they could not have been more pleasant and helpful to interact with. I would highly recommend! Nancy Lynn

Highly recommend Heathy Paws to anybody that owns a dog. My dog has undergone 2 surgeries in the past 6 months. The ease of filing a claim helped during this stressful time. Excellent customer service representatives. Reimbursements for my claims appeared in my bank account within days.
