I was at a loss my beautiful, handsome boy had just had a seizure which he had never had before and it left me shaken and at a loss. Didn’t know why and could not even figure out why. I called Pumpkin Insurance and asked for their help. A reassuring voice on the phone helped me to calm down and took care of everything that my guy needed. They were quick, efficient and understanding and eased my stress so I could concentrate on Storm getting better they paid out his invoice in less than 24 hours and I highly recommend them for insuring your pets needs. I really appreciated the quick response regarding my claim. The process was smooth and easy. I feel that the amount that was covered for my cat's procedure was fair. But, it would have been helpful to see a breakdown of was and what was not covered. Overall, this was a pleasant experience.
