Everything they do & everything they say is for REAL!!. When is the last time you dealt with honest, truthful & stand up people. Who mean what they say & say what that mean. What a truthful honest pleasure! My dog couldn't be in better hands receiving better care!

Very Pleased
I can not say enough positive things about MetLife pet insurance. I did a lot of researching before purchasing insurance for my kitten. We had a pretty significant injury shortly after insurance kicked in (apparently no waiting period for emergencies). It took awhile to get approved but it was well over $1000, so I understand why it took longer to process. I wasn’t even sure it would be approved but was hoping for the best. It was approved…. Phew! We went for a kitty well visit Thursday PM and the claim was processed and approved Sat AM. So what’s not to like? They process claims quickly, customer service was top notch when I did have a question, plenty of options when choosing a plan and found it to be very decent coverage at a very decent price.
Smooth, Fast, Easy, and Compassionate
I can't believe how quickly we were reimbursed and how easy they make it. Very sadly, my cat passed away in the middle of trying to save him, and Spot's team called with condolences and to see if they could do anything. Clearly a mission-driven company. Very touched by that.

Thankful for Fetch
My friend told me about Fetch when we first got our dog Eve. About two years ago, we discovered she had lymphoma which was about $2000 to diagnose and the treatment was over $10,000. It was unbelievable how easy getting reimbursed was. There is no argument no negotiating. We took a picture of the receipt and submitted it online and we got reimbursed for everything. Thankfully, our dog responded really well to the treatment. Our kids are leaving for college, so we are so grateful to have our wonderful dog Eve ❤️. Without that we probably could not have afforded the treatment.

Don't switch to them if you have another provider already!
Don't switch to them from another provider (may be OK with new puppy but terrible with 10-month old). I had existing insurance coverage for my pet. I was considering switching to Fetch and signed-up and was clear that I wanted to know any exclusions. They asked me to upload medical records and wait 30 days. After 34 days I called back and they hadn't evaluated. They then evaluated and the coverage was very unclear if there were exclusions. Kept existing provider and did not receive any fair refund for the lack of speed and commitment on their part.
