I have been a customer for many years. Metlife is extremely responsive and customer service is outstanding. I just added two new dogs to a policy and the process was quick and painless. I highly recommend them!

The process was simple, straightforward, and easy online. The step by step directions told me exactly what I needed to make sure my claim was filed/processed correctly. Healthy Paws will find every reason not…
Healthy Paws will find every reason not to pay out on their policy. After being a member for both my dogs for many years, without EVER filing a claim, I finally submitted 3 invoices totaling $921.80 for an incident by one of my dogs. Their payout came to a whopping $49.14 !! Awww the waste of money I was foolish enough to buy into, in hopes for some "financial stability" - God forbid my dogs have an accident. It's a total scam unfortunately. I am embarrassed I bought into it. Be smart, put the same money insurance charges monthly towards a vet bill fund, you will be much better off doing so. Without Fail. I have paid $4800 so far in pet insurance and their payout was $49,14. I am an idiot.
