I did my homework before I decided which insurance to buy and I made the perfect choice by going with Pets Best. I got to choose the coverage and reimbursement percentage. It’s very easy to submit a claim and they’re very fast reimbursing me. I truly recommend Pets Best.

Healthy Paws is amazing!
I got healthy paws insurance when I adopted my dog five years ago, he has had two major things happen over those years, including swallowing something that poisoned him and required hospitalization and a blood transfusion. They provide very fast reimbursement payment for everything that they cover (our policy they pretty much cover everything except for an office visit fee). Their app is so easy to use for uploading invoices and documentation. Their customer service is excellent, they follow up to ask how your dog is doing. Highly recommend.

My Claim Experience
Embrace worked on my claim quickly and finished it within a few days. I sent my claim in on Friday, 1/10/25 and it was completed on 1/14/25. The money was deposited into my account two days later on 1/16/25 after the completion. I am very satisfied with the process.

Caring and Communication
The loss of my dog was difficult. Embrace let me know they care and expressed condolences. They also communicated with me frequently on the status of the claim and any issues they were having with veterinarians. A phone call to customer service resulted in quick settlement of any issues. So far all of my claims have been easy…
So far all of my claims have been easy to processed. Communication was relayed whether is it’s delayed or what to expect next. Direct deposit option i opted for has been very good and my refunds credited directly into my account within a few days after the decision has been made.
