Poor Coverage
Coverage offered for price of plans is extremely limited. They have way too many exclusions for claims. I couldn't even get them to cover a diagnosis on my dog (exam & x-ray) because they claimed it was a pre-existing condition. Save your money - I do not recommend purchasing a plan with this comapny and I will be sure to spread the word.

They review claims immediately! Filing a claim is the easiest thing to do and I can always be assured that my dog is well covered
