I have never had pet insurance before, so this is my first experience. I have had nothing but a great experience, fast payment returns, great customer service, and fantastic help by the vet 24/7 hotline. I will continue my insurance with MetLife.

I love Trupanion
I love Trupanion! I have three Siberian Huskies & have had this coverage for 11 years! They have always answered all my questions quickly. When my girlie needed surgery, the responded right away & afterwards paid the clinic within minutes!!! People complaint about the price of their insurance but I believe my rate is very reasonable 💕🐾💕

I had a great experience with MetLife Pet. My dog had an emergency on a Tuesday, I submitted my claim on Wednesday and by the following Friday my claim was processed and MetLife covered 80%. I appreciate how seamless the process was! You can easily track the status of the claim in the app and the customer service is top notch. I highly recommend this insurance.
