I took Harry to vet in February concers on his health, It wasn’t a wellness visit, it said on receipt sick visit. They weren’t able to give him his vaccines so I needed to reschedule for vaccines. I brought this to the attention of the vet and she said spot could call and they would tell them first visit was sick visit. When I called after submitting the wellness receipt I spoke to a young lady, who I knew her English wasn’t very good and I knew she didn’t understand my concerns. My question was I was now paying for 2 vet visits even though one was wellness one was a sick call. But after putting me on hold for a few minutes she said there was nothing spot could do. Over a 725.00 vet bill I only got 200.00 back, that seems a bit crazy to me. Not happy with spots reimbursement policy at all.

Just signed up, so have not filed any claims, but Devon was very patient with my questions and advised me based on my pet's age, pet's medical needs and cost. I compared with Costco and other insurances and Embrace my decision using my USAA discount.
