Benefit Transparency
The benefits for each tier were clear and easy to understand, especially with the examples for each section (accident, illness, etc). The difference in price listed up front was also very helpful. I am very clear on what the policy covers, what it doesn't, and to what extent I will have to pay (deductible plus 50% of covered services).

I don't know what breed my cat is, so there should have been an option for Unknown or Other, and/or picture examples as a guide to help determine what it might be. Plus, it doesn't tell us how important it is that we are fully accurate with the answer.

Such a great experience
I was pleasantly surprised at the speed with which my claim was addressed. The amount of reimbursement was a nice surprise. I should have purchased pet insurance years ago but it’s really never too late.
