The best investment we’ve ever made for our sweet pup—hands down. From the very beginning, the setup process was quick, simple, and completely stress-free, which gave us confidence that we made the right choice. We didn’t need to use the coverage until this past weekend, when our dog unexpectedly became ill, and the experience exceeded every expectation. The claims process was seamless, efficient, and incredibly easy to navigate during an already emotional time. It made a significant difference in what we ultimately owed, which lifted a huge weight off our shoulders. We’re heartbroken that our dog has been diagnosed with cancer, but deeply grateful that such a substantial portion of his medical expenses has been covered. My first time for pet insurance ever1
This was first time I ever had or used pet insurance, but glad I have it. Vet fees have gone through the roof and the process was so easy with the vet’s office at checkout contacting Trupanion directly and then just charging me the deductible and balance. No filing of forms on my end! That was the real win.
